Topper’s Ice Cream & Candy

Topper’s offers hand-packed Tillamook and Umpqua ice creams in a wide variety of flavors, chocolates and fudge that are made on-site, a large selection of saltwater taffy, and other candies sold by the pound. Gift boxes of candies, as well as novelties & Oregon coast souvenirs, are available here.
