ACCESSIBILITY IS GROWING ON THE COAST

Yachats is proud to be a part of an ever-growing community of accessible destinations on the Oregon Coast. Most of our businesses can accommodate the diverse needs of our visitors. We feel it is important to offer new ways for our guests with special needs to enjoy life off the beaten path. Our plans for 2024 include an array of fun experiences to complete your trip to Yachats.

Everyone deserves an inclusive beach trip. Yachats is proud to be among a small number of coastal towns in Oregon to be able to offer an all-terrain rig to visitors and the public for use in the area.

We have chosen a Not-a-Wheelchair Rig that is motorized and built to navigate our rugged coastal terrain.

For many of those with physical disabilities going on an coastal adventures has been unimaginable.

We will be able to welcome you soon thanks to the combined vision and partnership of the City of Yachats, Visit Yachats, Wheel the World, and Travel Oregon.

Yachats will have one all-terrain Rig available that can navigate around our area in 2024.
